Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production will have started and the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel within the 24-hour window, contact contact@wallpera.com immediately with your order number.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in their original condition. There are no restocking fees. Measure your wall's full width and height in inches using a tape measure. If dimensions are uneven, always use the largest measurements. We recommend adding 2–4 inches to both dimensions to allow for trimming and seamless installation.
